Unilever Ghana PLC traces its roots to the old Lever Brothers and UAC operations in Ghana. The business was formally incorporated and listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE: UNIL) in 1992.
From its manufacturing base in Tema's Heavy Industrial Area, the company produces and distributes some of Ghana's most recognised household brands: Omo, Key Soap, Geisha, Frytol, Royco, Pepsodent, Knorr, Blue Band, Sunlight, Close-Up, Lux and Lifebuoy.
