Frytol backs local oil-palm sourcing in Ghana
A new programme deepens Frytol's sourcing from Ghanaian oil-palm suppliers, supporting local farmers and shorter supply chains.
Unilever Ghana has expanded local sourcing for its Frytol cooking oil brand, working with Ghanaian oil-palm suppliers to strengthen local supply chains.
The programme is designed to support smallholder farmers, reduce reliance on imports, and improve the traceability of raw materials.
It forms part of the company's wider sustainability agenda in Ghana, which spans responsible sourcing, packaging and community hygiene.
