  • 4 cups cooked, cooled rice
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, green beans, peas)
  • 4 stalks spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Frytol cooking oil
  • 1 cube Knorr cube
  • salt and pepper — to taste
