- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, green beans, peas)
- 4 stalks spring onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Frytol cooking oil
- 1 cube Knorr cube
- salt and pepper — to taste
