What do I need for Ghana Light Soup?
Serves 4
- 700 g goat meat or fish
- 4 medium fresh tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 thumb ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
- 2 cubes Knorr cubes
- 6 cups water
- salt — to taste

Season the meat with chopped onion, grated ginger, garlic and one Knorr cube; let it sit 10 minutes.

Put the meat in a pot with a little water and steam for 10 minutes to draw out the juices.
